Do You Believe in Your Students?

Many school districts spend thousands of dollars each year to bring in a motivational speaker to rah-rah their staff before students come in. Many times, rah-rah becomes nap-nap. Dallas ISD figured it out. They got Dalton Sherman. Never heard of Dalton Sherman? He is more than happy to introduce himself and make sure you believe in him and his fellow students.
